ACCESSIBILITY AT OMEARA

Omeara is proud to welcome everyone of all abilities and, as a venue, we’ll always do our best to accommodate any guests with hearing, visual or hidden impairments, as well as customers who are less mobile.

Wheelchair Users

For safety, and to ensure we’re able to offer a consistent and elevated experience for all guests, all shows announced after October 1st 2021 will have a designated ticket allocation for wheelchair users.

Where possible, wheelchair users should purchase a ticket from this allocation – made available alongside general access tickets – and follow the instructions from SEE Tickets to apply for a complimentary PA Ticket (if required).

Omeara is wheelchair accessible throughout, and includes an accessible toilet in the venue.

Companion / Personal Assistant (PA) Tickets

Non-wheelchair users who wish to apply for a complimentary Personal Assistant (PA) Ticket should first purchase a standard ticket via general on-sale. After purchasing a ticket non-wheelchair customers should then contact us to arrange a PA Ticket.

Please note:

• To receive a complimentary PA Ticket you will be required to provide one of the following accepted forms of documentation, either a: CEA Card, Access Card, Hynt Card, Blue Badge, Disability Living Allowance, Attendance Allowance or Personal Independence Payment.

• Companion/PA Tickets are unavailable to purchase, however access customers will need to have purchased a general access ticket for themselves before applying. We are unable to refund general access tickets purchased for companions / PAs.

• Companion/PA Tickets are provided on the expectation that companion/PA’s are willing and able to assist you throughout your visit, and would be available and able to help you in the event of an evacuation.

Non-Visible Access Requirements

If you have a non-visible access requirement which you would like us to accommodate for, please get in touch with our reservations team who will be happy to assist.

Effect Lighting

Smoke machines, strobe lighting and lasers may be used during some performances. Anyone affected by these should bear this in mind.

Assistant Dogs

Depending on the type of event, assistant dogs may be allowed into the venue. If you wish to bring an assistant dog, please get in touch with us to arrange in advance.
